SJSZ series PVC conical twin screw extrusion machine is a special equipment suitable for all kinds of PVC powder extrusion molding. Equipped with different molds and auxiliary machines, it can produce all kinds of PVC plastic pipes, profiles, decorative gussets, and bars. And granulation. The barrel is heated by aluminum casting heating ring and cooled by air cooling system. It has the characteristics of fast and uniform heat transfer and convenient operation and maintenance. The screw core adopts an automatic circulating cooling adjustment system to improve efficiency. The screw with the most reasonable structure can be prepared according to different formulas of users to achieve the best plasticizing effect. The reduction box and distribution box adopt bush bearings, imported oil seals, and gears are made of high-quality alloy steel with nitriding treatment. The temperature control system adopts an imported temperature control meter, and the temperature control accuracy can reach: 1℃. The speed control system adopts imported frequency conversion or DC speed control. The electrical system has various self-diagnostic fault alarm functions and is equipped with current protection devices.
