Feature

The 3D printer filament production line can be heated to 400 ℃, which is suitable for various 3D printer filament materials, such as ABS, PLA, PA, PC, PETG, peek, etc.

The filament production line of 3D printer is controlled by temperature control system and closed-loop feedback function, and the accuracy tolerance can be controlled within ± 0.02mm.

The 3D printer filament production line has an on-line laser detector and an on-line storage system to ensure that it will not stop when replacing the spool.

Details

FLD35A 3D printer filament extrusion production line can produce 3D printer filaments of TPU, PLA, ABS, PETG, PC, PA, hips and other materials.

The 3D printer filament extrusion production line adopts a single screw extruder with specific compression ratio, which can be used for various raw materials. The production line adopts PLC control system, and the filament accuracy is automatically controlled through PID closed loop.

The accuracy of printing filament shall be controlled within ± 0.03mm. The production line can ideally process 1.75mm and 3mm ABS / PLA printing filaments. The water tank has two parts, one for hot water and the other for cold water, so the roundness of the printed filament is easy to control.
