300-500kg/h WPC board production line/WPC PVC foam board machine

Description

PVC / WPC board machine can continuously produce pvc-wpc foam board. The production line consists of extruder, die, calibration platform, cooling frame, tractor, cutter and stacker.

Customers can also produce A+B+A three layer co extruded foam board by adding extruders and distributors. The machine shall be equipped with a chiller to improve production efficiency.

Our extrusion line adopts celuka foaming technology, which can produce high-quality PVC / WPC foam board. These processes will lead to the "peeling" or outer layer of the foam board, resulting in excellent surface hardness, stiffness and toughness, and higher scratch resistance. The furniture foam board has smooth and bright surface. It has the characteristics of light weight, scratch resistance, durability, water resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, salt resistance, insects and a variety of chemicals including some acids. PVC foam board can be recycled almost 100%. In addition, PVC foam boards can use wood tools like wood. Suitable for sawing, cutting, nailing, screwing, planing and pasting. It is a perfect substitute for wood and steel.
