38*38*30 Heavy Duty Offshore Grating Floor GRP FRP Walkway Plastic Grating

Firberglass Molded grating is manufactured by laying continuous glass fibres in the mould in the direction of vertical and horizontal, and thurougly wetted out with resin, layer by layer.

Light weight Reinforced Plastic fiberglass mesh grid are designed with a high safety factor and are manufactured according to the DIN 24537-3 standard. Our gratings are manufactured in a wide range of sizes in order to guarantee an immediate solution to various design problems and are produced in monolithic panels that are easy and fast to install.
Light weight Reinforced Plastic fiberglass mesh grid producing process such as post applied grit could be bonded after as a secondary operation.This continuous process produces an integral, one piece panel,Frp grating offers excellent corrosion resistance as well as bi-directional strength.

Features of Reinforced Plastic fiberglass mesh grid
1. Light weight: Its weight is one quarter of steel gratings; easy for carrying, which reduce the carrying cost.
2. Good mechanical property: Resin content is 35%; fiberglass content is 65%, which increase the rate between strength and weight.
3. Aging resistance: UV absorption agent and polyester surface veil mat are added in the formula, which can protect from
ultraviolet rays.
