Product description of tomato processing plant

The production line is capable of manufacturing the final product starting from fresh tomatoes, through the production process of aseptic bags and barrels.

The processing line consists of several components, namely the fresh tomato reception system, cleansing system, sorting system, crushing system, pulping and refining system, filtration system, concentration system, sterilization system, and aseptic filling system. As a result of these processes, we obtain tomato paste packaged in aseptic bags within drums.

And the tomato paste in aseptic bag in drum can be further produced to tomato ketchup, sauces, juice and filled in sachet, stand-up pouch, metal can, PP container, bottle, gable top, etc.
