Construction

The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts the image man-machine interface, which is convenient for intuitively grasping the operating status of each component of the device. The Tubular sterilization machine can simultaneously heat recover and cool the materials. In the preheating section and the sterilization section, the heat can be fully recovered. This sterilizing device uses a multi-stage heating, sterilizing and cooling of liquid or slurry materials to improve the efficiency of heat energy use.
During the entire process of sterilization, the temperature of the material is controlled in a fully automated manner.
