Description

Application
This machine is suitable for low temperature sterilization and cooling after filling or bottled non-low acid beverage capping. It has a temperature return function. The product can be adjusted from the filling temperature to room temperature to avoid condensation on the surface of the product. Because condensed water tends to rust the canned product and causes labeling and printing errors, and the carton is easily damaged after packaging.
The machine works by using water as a heat exchange medium. After the sterilizing water passes through the tube heater, the nozzle is evenly sprayed onto the bottled or canned surface to raise the temperature of the product itself to a prescribed sterilization temperature. The water temperature of the product is adjusted to room temperature using water spray, and all water can be returned to the bottom tank for recovery.
