1. Discharge platform

When fresh mangoes arrive, it is usually difficult to unload them with a large truck. So we design a discharge platform, use water guns to discharge the fresh mangoes from the truck, and use water to feed the fresh mangoes to the processing line. Also, the discharge platform has another function, which allows you to pre-wash the fresh mangoes before processing.

2. Elevator

This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.

3. Washing

Before crushing, need to washing fresh fruit carefully. For washing, we can use the bubble washing machine and brush & spray washing machine together.

4. Sorting

After washing, the surfaces of the fruits are clean, and the condition of all the fruits is visually checked, and bad tomatoes are sorted out by hand.

5. Destoning

The mango de-stoner runs at a speed of 1470 r/min and crushes fresh mangoes to ensure that all mango cores and peels are thoroughly cleaned. This greatly reduces waste and improves pulp production.

6. Preheating

A pre-heater is used to heat the product after crushing, and the temperature is usually adjustable from 45°C to 85°C. This processing step helps increase the juice rate for the next step and can also preserve the color and taste of the final product.

7. Pulper and refiner

Double stage pulping machine for tomato pulp yield can reach 60%~75%. This machine is also running at a speed of 1470 r/min, which creates centrifugal force and pushes the product through the screen to refine the product. Usually he of pulper and refiner uses 2 stages, each stage has a different screen, the first stage has a larger screen and the second stage has a smaller screen.

8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal

The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.

9. Sterilizing

A tube-in type sterilizer is used to sterilize mango pulp puree. The operation system uses an image man-machine interface that is convenient for intuitively grasping the operation status of each part of the device.

10. Aseptic Filling

The aseptic filling machine works with a tube-in-tube type sterilizer. It's a closed cycle. Prior to production, the cycle is fully sterilized to ensure a sterile environment.
