1. Discharge platform
When fresh tomatoes come, it's usually a heavy truck, and it's very difficult to drain with humans. Therefore, we design an emission platform and use water to deliver fresh fruits / tomatoes to the processing line. Also, use a water gun to eject fresh fruit / tomatoes from the truck. In addition, the discharge platform has another feature that allows you to pre-wash fresh fruits / tomatoes before processing.
2. Elevator
This machine is used to delivery fresh fruit from outside the building to inside.
3. Washing
Before crushing, need to washing fresh fruit carefully. For washing we can use bubble washing machine and spray washing machine together. If the washing requirement is high, more stages of washing can be added. Also, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning for better cleaning effect.
4. Sorting
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
5. Crushing for tomato processing
The GFM-FC series crushers have state-of-the-art operating principles, higher manufacturing accuracy, and the best crushing capabilities. It is mainly used to grind various kinds of fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, mangoes, apples, strawberries, pears and celery. The raw material can be crushed into small particles, which can enhance the work effect of the next processing. section. 6. Preheating
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
This machine also operates at a speed of 1470r / min, generating centrifugal force and allowing the product to pass through the screen and help refine the product. Normally, two stages, a pulper and a refiner, are used, but the screen of each stage is different, the first stage has a large screen and the second stage has a small screen. The two-stage pulping machine for the yield rate of tomato pulp can reach 90% -95%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. The machine operates with high capacity and stable performance. It is easy to operate and the sieve can be replaced. 8. Evaporating
Vacuum Evaporator is used for concentrating the tomato paste under vacuum and low temperature. Here we are using Forced Circulation Vacuum Evaporator. Because it’s under vacuum and low temperature, so the tastes and nutrients would be protected as much as possible. And right now, we evaporate the water from the tomato pulp, then we will get the tomato paste, normally the Brix is 28-30% and 36-38%.
9. Sterilizing
Tomato paste uses a tube-in-tube type sterilizer. Sterilization temperature and retention time are adjustable. This machine holds the tomato paste at a very high temperature of around 115 ° C for 30 seconds and immediately cools it to ambient temperature. In this way, you can also test the tomato paste and protect the nutrients as much as possible. The entire system employs programmable controls. The operating system employs an image man-machine interface that is convenient for intuitively grasping the operating state of each component of the device.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works together with the tube in tube type sterilizer. It’s a closed cycle. Before production, the cycle will be fully sterilized to make sure the aseptic environment.
