Our equipment offers the flexibility to adjust the sterilization temperature and holding time based on specific requirements. Principle
Within our sterilization system, the product undergoes a carefully controlled process to ensure both quality and safety. It begins with the transfer of the product from the storage tank to the heat exchanger unit. Here, superheated water is utilized to gradually heat the product to the desired sterilization temperature. Throughout this process, we maintain strict control to keep the product below sterilization temperatures, guaranteeing its integrity.
Following the heating stage, the product is cooled to the filling temperature using either cooling or chilled water, depending on specific requirements. This cooling step is crucial to preserve the product's quality and ensure it is ready for filling.
To ensure aseptic conditions, we perform a thorough sterilization process with ultra-hot water before the start of each production shift. This "sterilization in place" procedure eliminates any potential contaminants, guaranteeing a safe and hygienic production environment.
At the end of every production shift, our system and aseptic filling machines undergo a comprehensive cleaning process to maintain optimal cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination. This cleaning-in-place procedure involves the use of hot water, lye, and acid to effectively remove any residue or impurities accumulated during production.
