The machine allows for flexible adjustment of sterilization temperature and holding time to meet specific requirements. It can heat fruit and vegetable juice, pulp, and puree to a high temperature of approximately 115°C, hold it for 30 seconds, and then rapidly cool it down to ambient temperature. The sterilization process, using Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) sterilizers, effectively preserves the flavor and nutrients of fruits and vegetables, ensuring their maximum retention.

Principle
The UHT (Ultra High Temperature) sterilizer is a specialized piece of equipment widely utilized in the food and beverage processing industries to achieve a high level of sterilization and extend the shelf life of products. This sterilization process involves heating the product to an ultra-high temperature for a short duration, typically ranging from 135 to 150 degrees Celsius, followed by rapid cooling.
