Processing technology

1.Sorting of pear fresh fruit:

Picking 7-8 ripe pear fresh fruit, sorting the picked fresh fruit, removing the diseased fruit, mildew and fruit.

2.Peeling and nucleating:

After the sorted pears are washed, peeled and nucleated, they are cut into pear pieces with a thickness of about 1.5 cm.

3.Hot-hot color:

Place the chopped pear pieces in boiling water and blanched for 3 minutes. Then quickly pour the pear pieces into ice water at 2 ° C for 2.5 min, then drain the pear pieces and soak them for 2.5 h with a temperature of 35 ° C. Then drain the color solution and let it dry naturally for 18 minutes.

4.Impregnation:

The shaded pear pieces were immersed in a normal temperature immersion liquid for 1.5 hours, then the immersion liquid was drained and dried naturally for 18 minutes.

5.Candied:

Dip the impregnated pear pieces in a vacuum for 2 hours, then drain.

6.Drying, softening:

The sieve is sent to a vacuum drying oven and vacuum dried to increase the color of the dried pear fruit.

7.Package:

Put the qualified pear fruit into a green packaging bag. After bagging, vacuum the air in the bag, and then seal the bag to obtain the finished product of pear fruit.
