Processing technology:

Number Step Description
1 Selection and cleaning

Use fresh and mature yellow peaches with a maturity of 7-8%, then put them in a special peach cleaning equipment for cleaning until the peach surface is cleaned.
2 Denuclearization

Put the cleaned peach into a special nuclear removal machine to remove it, and then clean it again after the completion of the nuclear removal.
3 Peeling

Peeling peach by mechanical peeling
4 Slice

Cut the peeled yellow peach fruit into 8mm-11mm thick slices with a microtome
5 Infiltration treatment

Put the peach into the sugar solution for sugar treatment
6 Vacuum infiltration treatment

The sugar-filled peach fruit pulp was placed in a vacuum impregnation tank containing a sugar concentration, vacuumed, and then vacuumed, and thus repeated twice.
7 Drain the sugar Dip the peach fruit in an electric drainer and drain it, then dry it
8 Vacuum packaging
