Vortex spinning / 100%meta-aramid flame resistant fabric 150gsm

Gaoshikang provides the highest level of protective fabrics and yarns for military, firefighting, police, petrochemical, smelting power a.o. applications by using the latest fiber materials and advanced finishing technologies where people are exposed to flames, high temperatures or Risk of arcing. Made from inherently flame-resistant fibers, these fabrics provide long-lasting protective properties.

The most important characteristic of meta-aramid fiber is long-term thermal stability, which can be used continuously for a long time at high temperature from 204°C to 240°C, and has excellent dimensional stability. It will not shrink, embrittle or melt when exposed to a high temperature of 300°C, and it will decompose only above 370°C, and start carbonization at around 400°C, releasing only a small amount of gas, and its toxicity is almost zero.

Using aramid solution dyed fiber pure spinning or IIIA mixed to make fabrics in various colors and specifications. The main colors are: navy blue, orange, sapphire blue, earthy yellow, bright red, etc. Processing can be done according to the user's requirements for color and weight.
