Vortex spinning special protection / Flame Retardant Knitting Yarn Ne30/2

The spinning speed of the vortex spinning machine is 100~200m/min, and the practical speed is generally 100~160m/min. Domestic vortex spinning machines are used to spin 6~12 British count yarns, the spinning speed is 100~140m/min, and the unit yield is 600~800 (kg/thousand spindles·h), which is equivalent to 4~5 times that of ring-spun yarn;

These are available in the range Ne10s to Ne60s. The regular blends are 93/5/2 meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre, 95/5 meta-aramid/para-aramid and 75/23/2meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre. Suitable for Protective Clothing, Labor Protection, Industrial application and sewing threads.
