Vortex spinning machine includes drafting, vortex twisting, hollow spindle, yarn forming, winding and other parts. After the strands output by the front roller enter the nozzle, they move at high speed along the spiral surface at the entrance. The head end of the fiber in the strand enters the hollow tube at a relatively high speed, while the tail end is dumped on the cone surface of the outer wall of the hollow tube. The output of the sliver, under the action of the eddy current, the sliver is gradually twisted into a yarn, then output by the hollow tube, and then wound into a bobbin, which is the yarn forming process of the vortex spinning.

These are available in the range Ne10s to Ne60s. The regular blends are 93/5/2 meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre, 95/5 meta-aramid/para-aramid and 75/23/2meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre. Suitable for Protective Clothing, Labor Protection, Industrial application and sewing threads.
