Vortex spinning uses vortex tubes to form yarns. Since the vortex tubes are stationary and have no high-speed rotating parts, the running noise is low, and the joints are very convenient and simple. No cleaning is required after the end is broken, and the working environment does not need to be improved. The parts of the vortex spinning machine have less loss and are more convenient to maintain.

These are available in the range Ne10s to Ne60s. The regular blends are 93/5/2 meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre, 95/5 meta-aramid/para-aramid and 75/23/2meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre. Suitable for Protective Clothing, Labor Protection, Industrial application and sewing threads.
