Vortex spinning uses vortex tubes to form yarns. Since the vortex tubes are stationary and have no high-speed rotating parts, the joints are very convenient and simple, and no cleaning is required after the end is broken, which improves the working environment. There are no special requirements for pre-spinning equipment and temperature and humidity. Since there are no high-speed rotating parts in vortex spinning, there is no high-speed bearing lubrication problem, less loss, less noise, and easy maintenance.

These are available in the range Ne10s to Ne60s. The regular blends are 93/5/2 meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre, 95/5 meta-aramid/para-aramid and 75/23/2meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre. Suitable for Protective Clothing, Labor Protection, Industrial application and sewing threads.
