The twisting efficiency of vortex to yarn is much higher than that of mechanical twisting. Taking spinning 30s viscose yarn as an example, the spinning speed is 400-450m/min spindle (17m/min spindle for ring spinning, 128m/min spindle for Swiss air spinning). These are available in the range Ne10s to Ne60s. The regular blends are 93/5/2 meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre, 95/5 meta-aramid/para-aramid and 75/23/2meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre. Suitable for Protective Clothing, Labor Protection, Industrial application and sewing threads.
