PON OTDR OPM VFL Description

The OTDR FTTH PON TWH-1625 tester is used to locate and troubleshoot the FTTH optical network. It has an online test function, which can implement cross-separator testing of up to 64 separators in the first or second level, and the OPM + VFL function. TWH-1625 is a cost-effective PON OTDR. It can perform fault location and analysis on FTTH PON network and FTTX network, introduce OTDR online test function, and find faults through the splitter. In addition, it has convenient, fast and reliable performance in the installation and operation/maintenance of the optical network to reduce costs and improve the operation/maintenance efficiency of the project. Excellent repeatability, simpler settings, one-button operation and built-in VFL and OPM functions can be counted.

PON OTDR OPM VFL Features

• Online test: 1625nm or 1650nm wavelength can carry out an online test without necessary breaking the optic signal transmission.
• It can easily figure out the fault position within the dead zone and can swiftly and accurately pinpoint and test loss, breakpoint, macro bend, and reflection fault including short-distance events.
• During the course of fault screening and test, TWH-1625 can penetrate two tiers of the splitter, N*N=64(2/4/8/16/32).
• It can distinguish between attenuation events and reflection events.
• This PON OTDR can save the data and do a print out for archiving. The test data and date as of data can be saved in sequence for convenient post-stage maintenance and archive recall.
• Simple operation by one-key operation with automatic voltage regulation, automatic pulse width adjustment without complex settings.
