Procedure :
1. Mix flour : 1kg flour and water , can also add 5g salt or egg protein to make noodles taste more better.
2. Prepare dough : can cover a wet towel on the dough about 20-30 mins is ok.
3. Pree wrapper : suggest press 3 times, so that the noodles taste elastic.
4. Press noodles : have fine and coarse noodles, choose one which you like.
