Description:

• Main Usage

Low loader trailer is the integrated mechatronic product based on the hydraulic technology. With the strong load performance, the trailer is extensively used in a wide range of fields: shipbuilding, highways, railways, oil fields, metallurgy etc.

• Adjustable Working Platform

The working platform is made of high-quality square steel, which significantly improves the load and compressive strength. The surface of the flatbed can be manually or hydraulically widened according to the actual requirement.

• Strong Stabilization

The trailer is designed with the streamlined body. It has the strong stabilization for carrying construction machinery since advanced manufacturing techniques are used in the design.

• Run-Out Space

Proper run-out space is required between the side beam and tires. Large run-out space will make the wheel and wheel brow collide. Small run-out space will bring large impact force to the vehicle body. The stop block should be installed on the inferior flange if the run-out space is insufficient. The load distribution of the axle and the match of trailer and tractor depend on the driving mode.

• Anti-Shock Tyre

The anti-shock 12.00R22.5 tyre is equipped to carry the heavy load. Owing to the minimum ground clearance and the low gravity center, it is convenient for the excavator to climb on and off the flatbed.
