Description:

• Main Application

Low bed semi-trailer is called low bed transport as well and can carry mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, private cars and power equipment. It is special trailer of all-weather road transport. The expedient cargo work enormously improves transit rate and solves the application of industrial equipment on the road.

• Sealed Circuit

In order to reduce abrasion, the combined part of electric circuit and metal is shielded by rubbers or plastic pipes.

• High Density

The crossbeam is produced by thickened metallic material and has the high density. Therefore, the structural shape can be well kept. The unified welding reinforces the overall structure as well.

Advantages:

• Small Errors

The vertical height error of the bearing platform is less than 15mm. The horizontal height error is lower than 10mm.

• Flexible Configuration

Hydraulic/mechanical widening and ramps can be installed in the light of the effective demand. The frame of mechanical widening is made of square steel. The angle of inclination and the length of the ramp can be adjusted in accordance with the specific requirement of tracked equipments. The flatbed will be directly connected with the main beam.

• Dies Finishing

The surface of the casting is smooth by trimming and deburring. There are not sand holes and air holes.
