Description:

The liquefied gas semi-trailer is the special-purpose vehicle that be designed to transport liquefied gas in above-second-class highway. Its design, fabrication, testing and inspection, and acceptance is accorded to ‘Supervision Rules for Safety of Liquefied Gas Auto Tanker’, ‘Supervision Regulations on Safety Technology of Pressure Vessels’, GB150-1998 ‘Steel Pressure Vessels ’and ‘The general technical requirements of semi-trailer’. It has many advantages, such as safe and reliable, economical and practical and overhauls conveniently.

Because of medium danger, for assuring safe operations, the user shall strictly confirm to the relative rules of ‘Supervision Rules for Safety of Liquefied Gas Auto Tanker’, ‘Supervision Regulations on Safety Technology of Pressure Vessels’ and ‘Operation Instruction of Liquefied Gas Semi-trailer’.

Cautions before Usage

Because of no-replacing with inert gases or no-drawing out air when the semi-trailer finished, before loading LPG, the inner of the tank and pipe (here is the position that is touched with LPG) shall be replaced with inert gases (Nitrogen gas N2), or be drawn out air to vacuum state and vacuum degree is not less to 650mm mercury-pole (or oxygen contain is not big than 3%). The purpose is to avoid possible exploding that is caused by the mixing of LPG and air.
