Description:

• Main Usage

The light tare weight fuel tank truck is also called small oil tanker and is the commercial vehicle frequently used in the market. The function of the truck is similar to a mobile filling station. The typical characteristic is the smart fiscal oiling machine. The light fuel tanker is available at all times. The refueling is convenient and quick. Transportation sources cover common and special oil, e.g.: diesel oil, aviation gasoline, aviation kerosene etc.

• Oil Hose

CRJ65 quick connector is used in the oil hose and directly connected. The face is hermetically sealed by the rubber ring. The dismounting is fast and easy. The assembly of oil pipe is checked by electrical conductivity test.

• Advanced Chassis

Many advanced technologies are applied in JAC chassis, e.g.: sealed cabin, electric control common rail, standard frame hole etc.

The refueling truck consists of chassis, PTO, gear pump, tank and pipeline system. The pipeline system includes oil pump, ball valve, filter mesh and pipeline.

• Surface Treatment

Car painting technology is applied to enhance the adhesion, uniformity and durability of the coating. The most advanced large drying equipment is used. The coating can prevent dust and make the tank shining.

• ESD Device

Anti-electro static pole is fixed on the frame. During the charge or discharge, the anti-electro static pole shall be inserted into the humid ground to guide the static electricity caused by friction. Hence, the fire accident can be averted.
