Description:

• Core Application

Dust control fog cannon water tank truck can suppress dust pollution by sprinkling the liquefied curing agent. In general, it is used in railway, road and other areas with high dust. The dust controller consists of impact driven sprinkler, tank, self-propelled vehicle and control system. Thermal protection system has to be installed against the severe cold in the winter, if the dust controller can work well in the northern region.

• Accurate Spraying

The fog cannon has strong power and can cover a wide range of areas. Besides, the adhesion of powder particle is large. Hence, the accurate spraying can be achieved.

• Fast Spraying

During spraying the yard covered by dust, the humid mist generated by the mixture of powder particle and dust can rapidly complete dust fall. The rate of dust fall can reach 95%.

Advantages:

• Secondary Atomization

A special turbofan is adopted to change the wind direction and form an angle with the flow direction of powder particle. The diameter of fog drop is between 50-150μm. Then, the water atomization can be promoted.

• Water Saving

Compared with other sprinklers, 70%-80% water can be saved. The spray can cover a wider dust area.

• Flexible Operation

The remote and manual control is available. The rotatable spraying angle can be adjusted.
