Overview

The gas heating brazing furnace has longer muffle life span, the material of the heating muffle uses fire-proof material which contains rare earth elements.The fractory lining with high thermal insulation performance is adopted and the precise burner control system is used to make the temperable controllable and stable. The frequency speed controller satisfies the needs of transmission control of the mesh belt. The efficient warning device with andanti-tempering, anti-explosion make operation and manufacturing safe and effective.

The gas heating brazing furnace involves largely pre-heating section, heating insulation section, cooling section, heat exchanger, gas heating system, mesh belt transmission mechanism, water cooling system and control system.
