Overview
The DX Atmosphere Generator is used for exothermic atmosphere, which is a kind of protective atmosphere. There are two kinds of atmospheres.
As heat protector during annealing and normalizing process for casting and forging parts, brightness annealing and quenching process for mild steel and medium carbon steel, tempering process for steel parts, thick exothermic atmosphere is used in the above situations. Thin exothermic atmosphere is usually used in brightness treatment process for copper and copper alloys, annealing process for forgeable cast iron, bluing treatment and blacking treatment.

The Classification of Brazing
Flame brazing: The welding is carried out by using mix burning flame of combustible gas mixed with oxygen or compressed air as heat source
Dip brazing: Dip part or whole of the workpiece into a solder bath covered with soldering agent or the salt bath with moltan salt. This method ensures the uniform and rapid heating as well as accurate temperature control, it is suitable for the mass production and brazing of large components. The salt in the salt bath is mostly composed of flux. A large amount of soldering agent is usually left on the workpiece after brazing, and the cleaning work is heavy
Induction brazing: Welding method using high frequency medium frequency or power frequency induction current as heat source. High-frequency heating is suitable for welding of thin wall pipe fittings. It is especially suitable for welding of large components, such as pipe joints which need to be disassembled on rockets.
Furnace brazing: Put the workpiece assembled with solder into the furnace for heating and welding, brazing agent is often required, It can also be protected by reducing or inert gases. Continuous furnace can be used in mass production
Vacuum brazing: The workpiece is heated in a vacuum chamber and is mainly used for welding of high quality products and oxidizable materials
