Overview
Ammonia decomposition hydrogenation device is a combination device designed and made according to the basic principle of ammonia decomposition reaction.
Ammonia dissociated furnace can be used for bright annealing of nonferrous metal, silicon steel chrome steel and stainless steel, decarbonization of silicon steel sheet, metallurgy sintering of copper base and iron base powder.
It is the most economical way to use hydrogen gas to protect the atmosphere.
Principle
The liquid ammonia is heated to 800~850°C. Under the action of nickel catalyst, the ammonia is dissociated and a mixture of hydrogen and nitrogen containing 75%H2 and 25%N2 can be obtained.
