Application of high temperature binder:
High temperature binder are mainly used for bonding and masonry in high temperature environments, and are suitable for various high temperature furnaces, industrial boilers, refractory materials and other fields.
High temperature binder perform well in high temperature environments and are usually used for bonding under high temperature conditions above 300°C. It is particularly suitable for repair of high temperature furnaces, such as ceramic bonding and repair of various high temperature furnaces and heat treatment furnaces. In addition, high temperature binder can also be used for gunning materials for furnace wheel repairs and for pasting aluminum silicate refractory fibers.
In industrial applications, high temperature binder are widely used for masonry, repair and spraying of high temperature furnaces, furnace walls, front and rear arches and other parts of various industrial and civilian boilers. It is particularly suitable for the hot repair of various high temperature kilns, such as the hot repair of convexoconcave, erosion, cracks, melting, brick falling and misalignment in various parts of the carbonization chamber of the machine coke oven, as well as the spraying and masonry of electric melting furnaces and smelting furnaces.
