What size are mini blade fuses?
Mini Blade Fuses & Low-Profile Mini Blade Fuses
Mini Blade fuses are 10.9mm wide, 16.4mm tall and 3.8mm thick. Low profile Mini Blade fuses are the same width and thickness, but only 8.73mm tall making them 7.5mm shorter in height to save space.
Can I replace a glass fuse with a blade fuse?
Replace the corroded and broken parts with new inline fuse holders and glass fuses and it'll work perfectly. Plus it will be the correct ratings which you can't easily get with blades as there aren't direct replacements. The glass fuses work fine and will last long enough once replaced.
What is the difference between an ATO and ATC fuse?
The ATC has a fuse element that is closed (hence the “C” in the code) inside the plastic housing, sealing it from the environment to prevent corrosion from developing. The ATO fuse is open on the bottom, exposing the fuse element between the blades.
