Workshop Fitting Fusion Machine Introduction:

1. Suitable for fabricating Elbow, Cross,Tee, Y shape(45° and 60°)fittings of PE PP PVDF in workshop.
2. Integrated structure, nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fittings.
3. Consist of Basic Frame, Hydraulic Unit, Trimmer, Heater and Electric Control Unit.
4.Removable PTFE coated heating plate with separate temperature control system.
5. Electric Trimmer with reversible double cutting edge blades.
6. Hydraulic unit provides welding machine with compressing power.
7. Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipes.
8. Including the Temperature Controller and Timer, easy to know the time and temperature.

Workshop Fitting Fusion Machine Features:

  1. Applied to fabricate PE PP PVDF elbow, tee, cross and Y shape (45° And 60 ° ) fittings in workshop. Also used to lengthen the injection moulded fitting and make an integrated fitting.
  2. Integrated structure. Nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fittings
  3. Removable PTFE coated heating plate with separate temperature controlling system
  4. Electric planing tool with safety limit switch enable to start it only when it is locked in the operation position
  5. Low starting pressure and high reliable seal structure
  6. Linear guide ways are equipped with eating plate, planing tool and dragging plate
  7. Products comply with 98/37/EC and 73/23/EEC standards
  8. Separate two-channel timer records times in soaking and cooling phases.
  9. Digital pressure meter enables to control pressure accurately
