A: We have own factory , but for easy shipping , we use trading company to register Alibaba.com .

Q: Why your price more expensive than other China suppliers ?

A: Our material we use is much better than other suppliers , we use high zinc contect galvanized sheet for all ventilation exhaust fans , and screws all use good quality stainless steel , won't be rusted . For plastic products (eg. air coolers ) we all use new material to make sure the products can be long use . All our products , we use China famous motor brand , the motor can 1 year guarantee , with a correct using , the motor life can be more than 10 years.

Q: What voltages you can do , if you can make special voltages ?

A: Almost all kinds of voltages we all can make , but for special voltages , we have a big MOQ and maybe price will be a little higher . Our normal voltage is 380V 50HZ 3phase .

Q: Can you cheaper ?

A: We have many quality stage products for client choose , different stage price will be different , if you really want low price we will suggest you choose lower stage product , in our company , we don't have bad quality products , you can reassure about the quality .

Q: I want to use our own brand , is it ok?

Our factory has provided evaporative air cooler, swamp cooler, exhaust fan, ventilation fan,Centrifugal fan,Mist fan,Cooling pad,Electric fan lasting 10 yeas.

Service:

We provide 1 years warranty of the fan’s motor with proforma invoice

and shipment with free 0.5% spare parts.

Except for artificial damage and the force majeure event,if the motor quality problem,we are responsible for maintenance or replacemen.

All products and accessories have been tested 3 times and five step inspections before ship out.

Five step inspections as follow:

1st step:Raw Material Inspection;

2nd step:Plastic Injection Inspection;

3rd step:production Inspection;

4th step:Assembling Line Inspection;

5th step:AQL Sampling;
