Hexagonal Wire Netting Machine Brief Introduction
Hexagonal wire netting machine is capable of continuous production for heavy duty hexagonal wire meshes different sizes and applications. This machine is designed to ensure smooth running and high productivity. We also supply the complete set of equipment for your production line.

Hexagonal Wire Netting machine enables continuous production of hexagonal wire meshes with high speed. The complete production ling included the pay-off main machine and recoiling device with outstanding accuracy and productivity.

Konson Hexagonal Wire Netting Machine

Hexagonal Wire Netting Machine has a circular pinion holder on the front and rear of the machine.
The wires which are fed from the bobbins and also from the spiral coil (prepared in spiral coiling machine) placed on the front and rear rack of the machine produces the netting.
The net is pulled out by the take-up roller with stands on the surface of the machine and wound automatically on the winding roller.
When the length of netting reaches the predetermined length, the same is cut and removed from the roller.
The complete operation is then repeated.

Hexagonal Wire Netting Machine​ Features:

1. Max. speed can be 4.15 meter per minute, speed can be adjusted with different raw materials.
2. Big width. It can weave double 1.25 m or single 2.5 m width.
3. Even with flat openings, wire can be added at any spot when weaving.
4. We set the clutch brake device, the machine can move by spot.
5. Smooth operation and low noise. It sets an alarm at broken wire, broken mesh.
6. Flexible operation and has no high demand for operating personnel.
7. Reliable lubrication and convenient use.
8. Durable and strong, convenient maintenance.
