Concrete Reinforcement Welded Wire Mesh Introduction:
Mining Reinforced Welded Mesh is a mesh with longitudinal and transverse steel bars arranged at a certain distance and at right
angles to each other, and all the crossing points are welded together.
According to the national standard "Code for Design of Highway Tunnels" JTGB70-2004 for the application of coal mine steel mesh, ribbed coal mine steel mesh should be installed in shotcrete, which is conducive to improving the shear and bending strength of shotcrete and punching and bending resistance of the concrete, improving the integrity of the shotcrete, reducing the shrinkage cracks of the shotcrete, and preventing local block loss.
Welded mesh is mainly used on the surface of the rock layer to prevent the rock from falling after being broken. The welded mesh is linked with a large number of bolts to form an integrated support system, which greatly improves the safety of the mine.
