QGF type barreled water producing line consists of semi-auto de-capper and washer, rinsing filling capping, light checker, neck shrinker, code printer. The whole process is strictly controlled, which ensures the complete compliance with customer's local standards and regulations set up by their Health Department.

Rinsing system: Combined with rotary tray with clamp, water distributing tray, water tank and rinsing pump.
Filling system: Combined with hydraulic, filling valve, controlling ring, and elevator-cylinder.
Capping system: Combined with capper, cap sorter and cap falling track.
Driving system: Combined with main motor and gears.
Bottle transmitting system: Combined with air conveyor, steel starwheels and neck supporting carrier plates.
Electrical controlling system: this part is frequency inverted, PLC controlled and touch screen operated.
