Quality Control

Taking into account the importance of product quality, FillPack Machinery has a perfect quality control system to ensure that our products can meet the different strict requirements of customers.

1. Our salesperson will correctly pass the Production arrangement sheet to the production department.

When our customers place an order, our salesperson will first review and determine all of the customer's requirements to ensure that all of the customer's requirements can be fulfilled, and we will make the production arrangement sheet to production department.

2. The production department will strictly follow the production arrangement sheet to control the quality of materials and production processes.

Our production department will review the salesman's production arrangement sheet again to ensure that there are no omissions. And in the manufactuing, our documentary staff will communicate with customers and production department in a timely manner to ensure that the quality of the machine to make sure there is no a problem emerge.

3. The last step, when the machine is produced, our QUALITY CONTROL Department will conduct a self-test of finished products first, then we provide video inspection, or third-party inspection, or customers can come to our factory for inspection.
