SGCC,SGCH,DX51D,CGCC,DC51D Hot Rolled Galvanized Steel Sheet
Anti-corrosion
Generally, the thickness of hot-dip zinc coating is more than 35 μm, or even as high as 200 μm. While the electro-galvanized zinc layer is only 5~15 μm in thick. So the former steel sheet is much more corrosion resistant than the latter one.
Hot-dip galvanizing : it is an effective metal anti-corrosion method, mainly used in metal structure facilities in various industries. The rust-removed steel parts are immersed in a molten zinc solution at about 500°C to attach a zinc layer to the surface of the steel parts to achieve the purpose of corrosion protection.
