The type and size should be in accordance with GB / T6175. The purpose of adding II nuts is twofold: First, get a nut that is not heat-treated and has a low cost by increasing the height of the nut.
Because D ≤ M16 8-level I-type nut without heat treatment, it is in the 8-level nuts, only D> M16 ~ 39 specifications with type II nut,
Obviously without the heat treatment of type 1 nut can not reach the mechanical properties of 9-level nut requirements. Specified Type II nut for another purpose to obtain better toughness 12-level nut. As the nut height increases, the lower the quenching and tempering hardness can be achieved to ensure that the stress indicator, it increases the nut toughness.
Classified according to the pitch: standard teeth, regular teeth, fine teeth, fine teeth and anti-tooth.
