Push-pull Acid Pickling Production line 200,000t/y
The acid pickling tanks are divided into 3 sections. Tank wall is carbon steel structure lined with acid-resistance neoprene and 2-layer granite stone. This structure can avoid neoprene lined to break when the granite stone is replaced. Between each tank section, there is acid liquid squeezing roller and acid liquid isolation room. At bottom, land with granite stone lining is at the same horizontal level with down roller of squeezing rubber roller. On the coil running platform, there is a PPH granite stone cover. Squeezing roller is driven by frequency conversion, and during threading process the coil end position status can be detected through motor currency variation, which could avoid that the thinner coils being overlapped inside the acid tank avoided.

In each acid tank, there is an acid liquid circling heating system. The system adopts vertical graphite heat exchanger. The acid liquid moves fast in turbulence form under the functions of tank wall structure, thus speed for acid pickling is increased. New acid would be added at constant volume from 3# acid liquid circling tank, meanwhile filled into 2#, 1# tanks through liquid level controlling system of acid liquid circling tank. Finally be piped into waste acid liquid collection tanks from the 1# tank. Due to the relative isolation among each acid liquid tank and their independent circling, the acid concentration difference of each tank could be effectively controlled.
