This line is a hot rolled strip steel pickling line with annual capacity of 1800000T /a. The line has the functions of scale breaking, pickling, rinsing, edge blowing, drying, acid mist purification and so on. According to function and strip processing sequence, the line can be divided into entry section, process section and exit section. The entry section mainly includes uncoiling, shearing and welding processes, providing continuous operation conditions for the process section; The process section mainly includes scale breaking, pickling, rinsing, edge blowing, drying, acid mist purification, etc., to complete the rust removal of hot rolled strip steel; Exit section completes the strip edge cutting, broken edge cutting, coiling.

This production line is continuous acid pickling line, which adopts the most advanced Shallow Trough Turbulence Acid Pickling Technology. The equipment and technology are reliable, advanced and mature, which is proved by actual practice and could fulfill buyer’s need of steady production and long-term running.
