This pickling unit is chlorohydric acid pickling unit. The processing and technique provided have been proved by productions and practices reliable and mature equipment and technology that available to meet the need of stable production and consistent operations. This technology enjoys the features such as well-structured, high efficiency, low production consumption, easy operation and few malfunctions.

The whole process of the steel strip pickling treatment from uncoiling to coiling of the designed pickling units is completed online.

At the entrance of the unit is set up with a loading car, use the crane to lift the coils to loading table(saddle) before the loading car moving the coils to the center of the uncoiler mandrel. To ensure the pickling effect, set up a husking machine behind 2# uncoiler.

After the steel strip entering into the pickling tank, the steel strip surface will have bellow chemical reaction with the hydrochloric acid solution inside the tank.
