Description

Valued Steel strip CGL continuous galvanizing line 1.5~3.2mm*450~1250mm

Continuous strip galvanizing lines from JJRS consist of entry and exit trains as well as a pre-treatment section, the process section itself, and a finishing line. When the pre-annealed strip reaches the process section, it passes through a zinc bath, then emerges vertically from the bath, taking a liquid coating of zinc with it. Next, air knives blow superfluous zinc off the front and back to produce an even coating in the required thickness on both sides. The strip subsequently travels further vertically upward as it is cooled.

For good anticorrosion performance, galvanized steelsheet is vastly applied into the industries of home appliance, decoration,advertisement, and civil construction, etc. Particularly, the home applianceindustry (outer shell of air conditioner, outer plate of refrigerator, outershell of washing machine, computer, and microwave oven, etc) and color coatedplate has large demands on galvanized plate.

The continuous hot-dip galvanized line is manufactured using cold-rolled steel coil which is coated with a thin layer of high grade zinc on both sides by hot dip zinc coating process. It resists corrosion by supplying barrier and cathodic protection, as well as through the development of the zinc patina. These three levels of corrosion protection provide galvanized steel with maintenance-free longevity for decades. JJRS not only manufacture and install equipment, but also carry out professional technical innovation to the galvanizing plants.
