The pickling section is divided into three sections, and the pickling tank is made of PPH by welding. The bottom of the tank and the contact part of the strip steel are laid with andesite. The internal width is 1.7m, and the thickness of the main PPH plate is 40mm. Respectively by pickling tank, circulation system, heating system, detection system. The tank is provided with acid inlet, liquid return port, sewage outlet. The tank cover is PPH structure, double layer structure, sealed with the tank by water seal structure; The tank cover is provided with an acid mist exhaust duct, through which the waste acid mist is sent to the acid regeneration system for treatment.
