In the Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL), the Pickled, Rolled or Tempered Cold coils are annealed in the desired quality depending on the customer’s choice, and zinc plated in the desired weight using the hot-dipping method. Additional processes may take place depending on the customer’s choice. High-quality galvanized steel strips for use in automobiles can be produced through the use of air knife and highly precise zinc coating weight gauge. That quality is attested to by our track record of supply to many customers around the world.

For good anticorrosion performance, galvanized steelsheet is vastly applied into the industries of home appliance, decoration,advertisement, and civil construction, etc. Particularly, the home applianceindustry (outer shell of air conditioner, outer plate of refrigerator, outershell of washing machine, computer, and microwave oven, etc) and color coatedplate has large demands on galvanized plate.

The continuous hot-dip galvanized line is manufactured using cold-rolled steel coil which is coated with a thin layer of high grade zinc on both sides by hot dip zinc coating process. It resists corrosion by supplying barrier and cathodic protection, as well as through the development of the zinc patina. These three levels of corrosion protection provide galvanized steel with maintenance-free longevity for decades. JJRS not only manufacture and install equipment, but also carry out professional technical innovation to the galvanizing plants.
