Hot dip galvanizing furnace 1.5~3.0mm*650mm 150,000TPY ( steel metal)
Hot Dip Galvanizing is the process of galvanization for coating materials such as steel, iron or aluminium in order to prevent their corrosion, caused by potential exposure to harsh environments. This can be achieved through numerous galvanizing types that guard artifacts over time from degrading, while maintaining their properties unaltered.
Hot Dip Galvanizing consists in submerging the artifact in a molten zinc bath. This causes a metallurgical reaction that bonds both metals’ external layers, creating a homogeneous and highly resistant surface.
Be it hot dip, continuous sheet, mechanical plating, cold painting or spray metallizing, most galvanizing types are generically referred to as “galvanization”. Although the hotx-dipx method is the most widely known, each one has its own unique characteristics and is used in many different cases accordingly to the customer’s needs.
Chosen for more than 150 years as the best means for protecting metal from deterioration, hot dip galvanization nowadays is prefered mostly because of its versatility and sustainability. It also guarantees the products’ longevity and an overall lower investment cost.
Consolidating the advantages of the traditional technology " Improved Sendzimir" and "United States Steel Corp", and integrating the independently researched and developed regenerative nozzle and waste heat efficient recycling technology, the technology R&D team of Beijing JJRS Technology Development Co.,Ltd, launched a new generation of steel strip continuous annealing hot dip galvanizing process contrl technology based its latest self-designed process control technology by in-depth study and analysis, which is named as " JJRS-Sendzimir".
Research & Development Objective of " JJRS-Sendzimir"
Genuine heat regenerative non-oxidation heating
Waste heat "extreme recycling"
No end in energy conservation and environmental protection
