Indium Antimonide (InSb) can be supplied as wafers with as-cut, etched or polished finishes and are available in a wide range of carrier concentration, diameter and thickness.PAM-XIAMEN can provide epi ready grade InSb wafer for your MOCVD & MBE epitaxial application .
