Basic principle of natural gas CHP
At present, the most popular technology of natural gas cogeneration in the world is to use waste heat of natural gas generator set.
The exhaust gas temperature from the exhaust pipe of the generator is up to 560°C, and the heat energy of the exhaust gas is absorbed by the thermal multiplexing device (exhaust gas boiler). At the same time, the exhaust gas temperature of the generator is controlled between 100°C and 130°C, which not only produces heat energy, but also makes the engine run more efficiently and economically.
Why Use Naturel Gas?
1) High calorific value of natural gas and great heat utilization potential;
2) Natural gas generator sets have long service life, low maintenance cost, less emissions, clean and environmental protection;
3) The one-time investment cost of natural gas generating units is relatively low;
4) The urban natural gas pipe network system is gradually forming a complete set. Natural gas has become the preferred energy for urban small self-provided power stations, which has a promising development prospect.
5) At present, medium and small power (below 2MW) natural gas generating units have relatively mature technology, providing technical guarantee for realizing cogeneration in a small system, so that users can make various forms of independent choice for cogeneration.
