1.6Mpa HFC227ea Fire Extinguishing System Without Residue For Anechoic Chamber

Description

Hanging type FM-200 fire extinguisher is a preset and independent fire extinguishing system. It is easily wall or ceiling mounted in the protected area to directly put out the fire, without pipe network distribution. The electromagnetic actuated hanging extinguisher has two activation methods. When control panel receives signal from smoke/heat detector of fire alarm, it will send signal to electromagnetic extinguisher automatically which opens container valve, so to discharge fire extinguishing agent. It also could be activated by manual control button.

Parameters

Below data refers to regular temperature at 20 centigrade and atmospheric pressure at 1 bar. The max coverage would vary a little from the ambient temperature and pressure on the real condition.

Components

One spherical pressure tank, fire extinguishing agent(HFC-227ea, same as FM200), hanging mounting, thermal sensor(one little glass tube filled with liquid whose volume will be changed by temperature), pressure switch, stainless steel pipe and nozzle.

Advantages

Though automatic FM200 fire extinguisher -- ceiling mounted style has two kinds of system, but their advantages are the same as followings:​

1. Substantial consideration of little protection. Some areas, such as server rooms or electric rooms or the like would be very small, which require little fire extinguishing agent. Then, hanging type system can play its role.

2. Little occupation of space. As the protection zone is very small, so maybe there is no much space to place other machines or devices or objects. Then, the ceiling mounted style is designed with the small but efficient function of fire suppression and overall coverage to the whole room.

3. Convenient installation and transportation. Because of relative light and small figure, even one person can hold and fix it on the top of ceiling or wall. But additionally, the temperature-controlled model cannot be installed more than one piece in principle or practice.

Packages

We always pack it with polyfoam first and then put it into a wooden case. Sometimes, in order to meet with customers or the safety requirement, we will make a pallet for the goods.
