Anti Explosion Special Manufactured Stainless Steel Gas Hose for Water Heater

Aiming at the vibration problem of the outer skid pipe after the vibration isolation of the compressor unit,

the modal harmonious response analysis of the outer skid pipe was carried out by using two kinds of connecting pipes,

rigid pipe and metal hose respectively, and the calculation results were verified by experiments.

The results show that the vibration velocity of rigid pipe connection has little change, while the metal hose

connection can reduce the vibration velocity of pipe from 85.73 mm/s to less than 25 mm/s,

which has good vibration isolation characteristics and meets the standard of American Petroleum Institute

(API)618 standard for pipeline vibration safety assessment.
